Returns/Warranty

We are committed to make sure you are happy with your order by offering:

* Price matching  

  • We will do all we can to stay competitive on price. If you find the exact same in-stock product on our own site or on a competitors site within 30 days of purchase we will match our own pricing or beat any competitors price. Approved price match requests will be given as in-store credit on future orders over $50. If we are unable to do so please see our return policy. 
  • Price must be at least higher than Gravity Coalition's costs. 
  • Competitor match is invalid if product is out of stock on their site.

* 30 day returns

  • Return must be NEW, in original packaging, maintain tags, and be un-used.
  • Refund will be given upon receipt per the conditions above.  Refund will be net round trip shipping costs. 
  • Bikes, bike parts, climbing, backcountry, and other safety equipment excluded.  All sales final on these categories.
  • Additional Exclusions:  Skis/Snowboards or any item with service performed like binding mounting, boot fitting, tune, or other specific care that was done post purchase prior to shipping or pickup in store.
  • Customer originated order cancellations and returns may be subject to re-stocking fees.  This fee will be determined in order to cover credit card fees, labor, and shipping fees when applicable.

* We offer full support on assisting you with any damaged, defective, or other warranty requests and we will coordinate a replacement per our brand product guarantees.

We are in business to stay in business and abuse of these policies will be maintained at the manager's discretion.
