The Mercury has spent years earning its keep as the board that never needs an excuse. The Mega Mercury keeps that outline and rebuilds everything underneath it — a lighter, stiffer, faster version of a shape that already worked. Power on demand, float when the day calls for it, and no terrain it wants to be talked out of.
A raised camber platform runs through the inserts, so the board holds an edge at speed across broken snow. Elevated contact points give you something to land on and float over, and the flat kick arcs in the tip and tail snap you from turn to turn faster than a standard rocker line.
A super thin matte lamina that still takes a beating, cutting roughly 60% of the weight out of a standard topsheet.
Reforestation-certified poplar, electronically sorted by weight and grain consistency for a strength-to-weight ratio in paulownia territory. Bonded post-consumer recycled thermopolymer channels run through it, keeping the pop of poplar with a hybrid feel all its own.
Carbon additives woven straight into the Holysheet™ fiberglass rather than layered on top of it — more precision in the layup, less weight in the finished board.
An aftermarket race structure ground into the base at 45 degrees to wick water out from under the board. It is the difference you feel on flat cat tracks and long runouts.
Capita's top-tier sintered base — it drinks wax, holds it, and keeps the speed you paid for.
Riders who want one board for the whole season and refuse to give anything up to get it. Stiff enough to drive hard through chop, set back enough to keep the nose up on a storm day, and light enough that lap fifteen feels like lap three.
