Details

A four-buckle overlap boot that opens like a rear-entry. Rossignol's Step-In design lets the spoiler and spine articulate rearward so you slide your foot in without wrestling a cold shell in the lift line — then locks down and skis like a conventional alpine boot.

The 102mm high-volume last makes this the forgiving end of the Vizion range, built for wider or higher-volume feet that get pinched in a performance last. The 120 flex is the stiffest offered in the high-volume shell, so you get real support for driving a ski without giving up the roomy fit.

Best for: intermediate to advanced all-mountain skiers with wider feet, and anyone who's tired of fighting their boots on and off.

Features

  • Step-In Technology — the cuff and liner recline to open the back of the boot wide for hands-free entry and exit
  • Spine Link Mechanism — the double buckle flips into ski position and locks the spine, restoring full four-buckle support
  • Steel Spine — internal steel reinforcement at the rear for stability and power transmission
  • Dual Core construction — two plastics injected simultaneously for livelier rebound and a smoother, more controlled flex than a single-density shell
  • Bi-injected spoiler — two hardnesses for better wrap and comfort around the calf
  • Step-In Vizion liner — preshaped and heat-moldable, with elasticated zones that follow the cuff as it tilts back
  • Forefoot Thinsulate stretch — insulation where your toes need it
  • Seamless toe cap — removes pressure points and cuts heat loss
  • GripWalk soles, premounted

Binding compatibility — important. GripWalk soles work with GripWalk-compatible alpine bindings and with touring bindings meeting ISO 13992. They are not compatible with standard alpine bindings (ISO 9462). Bring your skis in and we'll confirm before you buy.

Sizing. Ski boots are sized in mondo point — the length of your foot in centimeters. There's no true half size: 27 and 27.5 are the same shell. Boots should feel snug, with your toes brushing the end when you stand upright and pulling back when you flex forward. If you're unsure, come get shell-fit — it takes ten minutes and it's the difference between loving and hating a boot.
